După multe cautari si pierdere de timp , am gasit in sfarsit VPS-ul pe care mi l-am dorit : Pret acceptabil , resurse foarte bune , stabilitate și in primul rand , SUPORT , un suport de nota 10 . Cand...Citiți mai mult esti si la inceput in ale VPS-ului și nu te pricepi la setari de gen SSH , Intalare diferite module , coduri , etc. Suportul tehnic conteaza foarte, foarte mult. Si se stie , majoritatea hosting-urilor care oferă VPS nu oferă și management de cat contra cost . DigitalBerg nu oferă in totalitate gratuit acest suport de management al VPS-ului dar te ajuta cu plăcere cand esti la greu și nu cer nimic in schimb . Am ramas placut impresionat de cei de pe DIGITALBERG si-l recomand si altora cu toata increderea.

Absolutely Awful

VPS Premium Berg
I had to wait 3 full days for the VPS to get uploaded off the bat. They have the worst support I've ever dealt with, and by worst I mean almost non-existent. They haven't had a tweet, or any social presence since 2018 which sadly ...Citiți mai multI found out about after I purchased the plan. If I could rate lower than a 2/10 I would but I can't seem to be able to do that. Do NOT make the same mistake I did and buy this host. They look like they have a good pricing but it's not worth the hassle and hoops you have to go through to get everything set up. I'm a week into the hosting and still haven't had it all set up and I've gotten 0 help from the support team throughout any process.Mai puțin

Regarding 3 days: you provided wrong details, therefore, we have to do security check and we have informed you clearly that it will take 24 hours or more and on top, we mentioned that if you not happy we...Citiți mai mult can refund the money. You didn't reply to our ticket( we have full evidence to show it here). So please stop misleading!

Secondly, you bought the unmanaged server and asking for Third-party app support, not for server. Third-party apps are out of our scope or any other hosting provider! Still, we have tried to help you. RegardsMai puțin

The can't bill properly. I tried to pay per year, they tried to double (and once triple) bill me. Their support is terrible and they treat you like an idiot. I received an email informing me they were going to migrate my site to a...Citiți mai mult different server. I asked if there's anything I need to do to prepare and SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED updating my DNS to reflect a new IP (they make me pay a large amount for a static IP). They said no. Of course after the migration the static IP had changed which left my site down until I noticed (they didn't even check to ensure site was accessible following their botched migration). You want to absolutely stay away from this company.Mai puțin

I had been using their VPS hosting for 3 years. Lately, one of my customers' PC got infected and sent a number of spam messages, so took all the necessary actions to resolve this issue. A few days after the problem was fixed they ...Citiți mai multsuspended my server without a warning for two days ignoring my urgent messages for help and without being able to reach them on the phone. Fortunately, I had a backup of all my files and databases and I was able to move to another hosting company because I didn't know if or when my server would be back online. They said they suspened my server to protect reputation but sInce the problem was fixed and given that they were ignoring me for support I can only assume that they think it's a good idea to punish users instead of helping them which is a very unprofessional behavior.Mai puțin

Besides the fact that I already have the logs and know what happened, in one of your messages you admitted that the server shut down due to spam. Either way, taking two days to respond to an urgent issue shows that something is very wrong with support.
