1.) "und niemand außer Kontobesitzer das löschen kann" das ist eine ganz, ganz faule Ausrede. Eigentlich auch gesetzeswidrig, weil ein Account so einfach geöscht werden können muss, wie er auch eingerichtet wird. Zumindest hätte auf der Website stehen müssen, dass man eine E-mail schreiben muss.
2.) Was auch noch illegal ist, dass man Preise und Konditionen erst sieht, wenn man sich angemeldet hat.
3.) Ein Impressum ist nicht zu finden, weder auf der Website, noch in Ihrer E-Mail, da auf beiden ein Impresssum zwingend vorgeschrieben ist.
