ver I need help (usually because of my own lack of knowledge) they have talked me through the solution. These days it is refreshing to talk to a human being at the other end of the phone and especially one who has the knowledge to help. Their patience in dealing with a programming illiterate is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Black knight. Their usability is near impossible. Can't find anything you need to and find yourself going on endless tours to strange parts of their websites that do not help with your problem at all. The worst usability ever. Extremely poor and slow customer service which would be solved by a better design of the website and people being easily able to get where they need to go. Shockingly bad. I cant believe anyone puts up with this and that their still in business. Dont know what the scoring system like this is like but -1000/10 for sure
