A2 Hosting is phenomenal! I was with another major hosting company for more that 10 years. I can say unequivocally that A2 is NOT your daddy’s hosting company! In the final 12 months with the other company my websites would g... Mai mult o offline at least once a month and more often towards the end. Even more of a problem was all my email accounts would stop working for 2 to 4 days at a time. When I would call their “support” folks I was treated as though the problems were all caused by me. The other company’s support people would speak condescending to me blaming me for the outages and trying to upsell me on new products so that “my issues would not happen in the future”. And every time this happened, shortly after I would call in my websites and email would magically start working once again. But I had to go through the hoops of waiting on hold for hours and listen to their upsell pitches each time there was a problem. Enough!
After reading glowing reviews about A2 hosting, I made the switch and the only regret is that I did not switch years ago! Transitioning all my websites and email accounts was flawless. A2’s support team is a breath of fresh air! They are setting the standard for how customer service should be provided by any company. Their Guru Crew Support team actually listens to you as the customer and answers any question you may have. I am not tech savvy and their Guru’s made me feel very comfortable when getting my accounts up and running. And the best part of all? I have not had a single issue, problem or outage since making the switch!

technical support cannot resolve a simple port block issue in firewall after so many followups they asked me to get a new vps and they cannot resolve the issue also their website payment system is worst do to update payments... Mai mult to invoice even after payment and vps is suspended and billing team takes 4- 5 days to update payment till that the vps is suspended. Mai puțin
