DomainKing is a cheat! The review I have been seeing so far are all lies. They just ripped me off my money and today marks the fourth day I have been messaging them with no one to respond. Is this what you call good customer ... Mai mult support.
All the support option are dead including the in-house support ticket. They are totally not active on social media even for us to communicate with them.
Seems nobody is listening at all to customer but just for them to run series of ads to get more people to purchase without delivering the service. This email support@domainking.ng is totally robot-friendly and no one will reply from it.
Please stay away from them or else, you will feel the pain I am feeling with this company...I just got to know they are not even domiciled in Nigeria but from India which is really bad and I will soon file a report to the federal government about them.
Imagine, if it takes a company 48-72 hours to reply customer support tickets, what is now the fate of such client in the face of downtime or issues? Mai puțin

this is the crappiest hosting that you will ever have to work with. the support is poor and they take weeks to solve a simple issue or maybe never. my websites have been offline for 2 weeks and they do not even bother fixing ... Mai mult my problem but they are very quick in taking my money. they have denied me my data and server logins as well for no reason. us them at your own risk Mai puțin
