There is only one guy, and he is pathetic. Ergo, their sales department is pathetic. And, their customer service is also pathetic. You will wait HOURS for him to begin tackling even the simplest of issues. He will waste your ... Mai mult precious time by trying to blame it on the weekend, or on you doing something wrong. He behaves like a guy with and IQ of 50 or 60 who pays no attention to the details you give him about problems.
