I'm ok with paying slightly higher prices than other companies because it is well worth it for the stability. You also get a free .uk domain name ... Mai mult when you sign up with them, which is great! You'll love them. I know I do. I recently purchased hosting for my business, the configuration was a disaster, my IT techs were unable to make sense of what was done and Namesco didn't to respo... Mai mult nd to support tickets leaving me with critical downtime, and they refused to speak with my tech on the phone. Customer services have also refused to speak with me. I have moved my hosting to another UK provider and I am now receiving the service I require. Namesco have refused a refund. This outfit has cost me a fortune in tech fees and lost business. Do not do this to yourself stay away! Mai puțin |  No reason anymore to keep GoDaddy Eric Rothmuller, I own an online marketing company and I've always used GoDaddy and recommended GoDaddy to my clients. Their services have always been a little clunky and has had it's issues but their customer service was the one reason I stu... Mai mult ck with them for so many years. Their customer service was impeccable for seemingly a decade. Now it seems they have outsourced their customer service and it is atrocious. Issues take 3+ calls to resolve now, the wait times are much longer, and the service reps seem absolutely incompetent. The only reason I've ever truly had to stick with GoDaddy for over a decade is now gone and I'll be moving my clients and my domain, email, and web hosting needs elsewhere. Mai puțin |
