enced any issue with their service. I've monitored my website uptime with Jetpack plugin of wordpress and tested speed, server response time regularly. Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service. It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat. Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly. Hope ASO will remain consistent with their good service. Best wishes for ASO team!

n't give the money back - they only refund as credit to reuse their crap service longer. There are so many reviews about the same scam. AKA. RUN AWAY! Do not trust anything they say. If you have ever registered with them, contact your bank or Paypal to remove ANY LINK before they STEAL your money! I never got my money back even they promise refund on customer support and later change their mind. Don't trust them.

Worst support, doesn't return my money

immediately after payment because of the VPS I purchased. But they forced me to buy with a different plan, and tried to avoid a refund. 2. A typical ticket took about 10 minutes to respond. But when I asked for a refund, they didn't respond for more than two hours They didn't respond to my refund request for more than 2 hours, and I put a claim on PayPal, so they responded in 5 minutes and locked my account 3. They said they can't give me a refund when PayPal has a claim. They asked me to cancel the claim Companies that use PayPal can offer me a refund at any time, regardless of whether they claim it or not. They don't offer refunds under the pretext of PayPal claims, and they force you to cancel your claim if you want to get a refund. 4. They closed the account at the end, saying it was my fault entirely stupid, and i couldn't even access the ticket so i couldn't respond. 5. They generally refuse to answer disadvantaged tickets, and above all, they are too unfriendly to customers. I could cancel my PayPal claim at any time if I had been kindly guided without getting angry. Don't trust the three-day refund guarantee they emphasize in the terms and conditions. They won't return your money on any pretext. If you don't like unfriendly counselors, i recommend not using this company.
