Mario Latendresse, I asked to have an upgrade of Python so that I could installed Django and it was denied. Their shared server has Python 2.7, and Python 3 was denied to be installed, which has been the standard version for many years (you are... Mai mult give a jail shell that restricts most installation). Their basic plan is way too restrictive. You have to get a non-shared server to get any serious work done there and pay lots of money. There is also no way to stop a payment once the invoice is done six weeks in advance. Turning off automatic payment does nothing once the invoice is done and there is no way to remove a credit card once added to do payments. After a major fault for close to 2 weeks, service of the mail server is intermittent at best. Emails that were sent o... Mai mult ut have been logged in as sent but recipients have not received the emails. we only know when clients contact us that they did not receive the emails. There's no explanation of what is going on despite repeated incidents reports. A call to their technical department does not help either. There's very little urgency displayed in their service recovery. my entire server was done for more than 5 days and during the recovery, there's very little communication despite reminders for an update.
