I had a very disappointing experience with Getspace.ro.
When I requested a simple data migration for my website, I was told that I had to pay for a
...n entire additional year of hosting before they would proceed. This felt unreasonable and unnecessary, especially since migration is a basic service many hosting providers support without imposing unrelated long-term payment conditions.
Instead of assisting a client who simply wanted to manage their own data, the response felt like pressure to renew services rather than support. Transparency and customer flexibility are essential in hosting services, and unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.
I would recommend carefully reviewing the terms and asking detailed questions before committing.
