I ordered a dedicated server from QHoster with a promised provisioning time of 5 days. It has now been over two weeks, and absolutely nothing has been
... delivered. No server, no real updates — just endless delays and empty excuses.
Support is beyond useless. Every reply is the same recycled “tomorrow” promise, with zero actual progress. They clearly have no intention of resolving the issue. On top of that, they flat-out refuse to issue a refund or offer any compensation. At this point, it looks like they simply took the money and walked away.
To make things even worse, they had no problem sending a new invoice for a service that doesn’t even exist. That says everything about how they operate.
QHoster is an absolute disaster of a hosting provider. They fail to deliver, ignore their responsibilities, and hold onto your money while providing nothing in return.
Stay as far away from QHoster as possible.
