Based on their sales pitch, we signed up for their 10 years hosting plan, however, we came to really regret it due to the bad service, security issues and untrained staff. It all started with setting up the servers for email accounts where we experienced major issues with security and server connection issues. We spent many hours with untrained tech support who tried to blame each other (or software/other services/etc.) and did not provide any help. Even the company’s team leaders and managers acknowledged that the tech staff provided the wrong information and did not set up the account correctly. No real attempts were made to fix the issues and we are left with no option but to move to another, more professional, company with competent and knowledgeable staff. Dealing with CrazyDomain is stressful and waste of time and based on our experience we would advice anyone to think twice before using their service. |

They took money out of my account without permission and now refuse to refund it. Billing team did nothing and phone support ...

is unreachable. Don't act like you care you happily take these bad reviews for the money you scam off people. I dont have much money because of corona and hostwinds hosed me for $108. Looks like I wont have much to eat for the upcoming month. Im sure P H is enjoying my money on his yacht right now while I sit here not knowing what im going to eat for tomorrow
