Lost a dot.com and got triple charged for 3 domains

Been with these guys for a number of years. Today I realized they had charged me for a dot.com that had expired plus they triple charged me for three domains. Customer service did not tell the truth about 'your case being in...

vestigated - we will be back to you today'. Lost a ton of cash over the dot.com expiring. These guys are Monday to Friday. Customer service is offshore so don't expect good English or help. Used to be good but having money taken (I'll say taken but really it is theft) with no contact despite calling and specifically asking if I will hear today is totally unacceptable. They overcharged me by $200AUD. Would 100% not recommend this company.

I had to enter my card information on the product I bought as a trial period. I was not satisfied with the product and I created a ticket for my product not to be renewed, then I left this company without waiting for an answe...

r. After 1 month they told me that I have to pay and I owe -133 usd. Automatic payment was not withdrawn from my card and the service was not renewed, but they want to take this 133usd from me right now. Why do I have to pay for a service I don't use? If we do not pay in other companies, our service is closed after 7 days and we do not have any debt. This company's billing system is ridiculous and my card was blocked because I didn't pay. I do not recommend this company to my friends and to you...
