I mean the solutions your technical team provides is just hilarious. Not worth the money pay extra and get someother hosting company. Check the chat records of 4th sept 2020 started somewhere around 3 am and went on till 5:30am with zero solution

When you loose emails you will be right where I am. REGRETTING using this thing. Their job is just one thing, moving an email from one place to another. That is it. All the rest if extra. Well when your email start not getting to someone or someone email does not get to you. Not all but just one here and one there enough so that you do not notice it for days or weeks. Then you will be trying to ask their support and THERE IS WHERE this product spirals down the hole. Their support is THE ABSOLUTE the worst. They practice ONE THING, blaming you. Deny that things are broken and BLAME YOU. Say it is your third party email tool (outlook, BOY they love blaming outlook). In all the time we had this product, (now 8 months) every time we fought with them about an issue their first hours of blaming me and outlook, it was only AFTER fighting with them did they find out it was their problem. 10 times now (in 8 months) we have had issues, first 8 I tried working with them, now I am just looking for something better. SOMETHING THAT WORKS. As I said, DO NOT USE THIS THING. If you want emails THEN DO NOT USE IT. And if you want SUPPORT then RUN RUN RUN! |
