od as well with the new build-your-own service. I can't speak to their support as I've never needed it. Everything's been pretty much perfect. One of the other reviewers was unhappy with the $99 entry fee. I personally like it - it keeps away the tyre kickers, it's probably an effective filter mechanism against smaller clients that'll take up a disproportionate amount of support time.
