Fake company no response and not providing proper service

We're writing to let you know that the following Cpanel account has been marked abuse due to violation of Unlimited Hosting Policy (https://reformhosting.in/unlimited-hosting-policy.html) • meenterpriseengineers.com... Mai mult (Primary Domain) Please delete the unwanted files or the reported Cpanel account will be suspended within 48 hours. We already disabled the backup services for your account because it's not affordable for us to keep 3 copies of 80GB+ data for free. The A2 FTP server is extremly slow for any user from any place in the world. Still A2 claims everything is fine and refuses to do anything about it. I never ever got such horrible support
