Abysmal customer service - incredibly expensive.

I finally had the sense to close all of my Godaddy services down. Afterwords, I wanted to close my account. Godaddy would not allow this. It has been over a week, hours on the phone, almost a dozen emails and no luck.

Think again. I bought a .it domain for 2 euros - seems like a good price right? Call it hidden fees, call it me not being careful enough: got automatic renewal for 46 euros. I call it shady pricing scheme. |
